New Vehicle Mechanics in GOC?

This is kind of a thought as well as a question for the dev team. There have been a lot of vehicles in halo that have not been legitimately drivable, and are used for scenery only. I was just wondering how you would deal with the mechanics of vehicles that haven't originally had mechanics like these:

Pelican: the glitch in reach was cool, but we aren't going to be flying invincible vehicles now, are we? Will it take damage no matter where you shoot it, or will it have its four thrusters act as hard points? Also, are we expecting a reach chin mounted turret with the five round burst, or will it be more like halo 2's chin mounted turret that fires like a warthog turret, or will we be able to switch between the two? Will it have rockets, and who will control them, pilot or co pilot? Will it have a machine gun turret at the rear door? Can the rear door be opened and  closed, and who has control of this? Crosshairs?

Phantom: will it take damage anywhere like in reach, or will it have hard points like in halo 3? How accurate will the side mounted plasma cannons be? Can they be torn off, or will you leave them indestructible so it can defend itself better? Will the chin mounted gun fire halo reach style, Halo 2/3 style, or will it be a primary/secondary function that uses both? Will troops be able to use the grav lift (would prevent fall damage), or will everyone have to use the side doors? Can the side doors/grav lift be opened and closed, and who has control over this? Crosshairs?

Spirit: halo ce or reach fire modes for the chin mounted turret, or both? Will it have a grav lift like in halo wars, or will everyone have to use the side doors? Can the doors open and close, and who controls this?

Can any of the dropships listed carry vehicles? Weapon/ammo crates? Pieces of a plasma mortar/Mac gun?

Scarab: Will the driver control both the main gun and the heavy plasma turret on top? Or will there be a separate control panel underneath the turret for its own controls? How much damage can the scarab take, and where can it take damage? Will it become disabled if the legs are crippled, or will it remain standing to force boarding it from above? Can it be destroyed by vehicles, or will players have to board it to take out its core? Will the plasma cannons fire more accurately? Will they be able to be ripped off, or will they be made invincible to better defend itself?

Elephant: more armor like in halo odst, or less like in halo 3 multiplayer? Will the side turrets be able to be ripped off, or will they be made invincible to better protect the vehicle? Will it take damage by being shot anywhere, or will there be hardpoints on the treads, control area, etc? Will it carry vehicles? Will the crane be useable for vehicles/crates?

The various vehicles seen in halo wars will also have to have never before seen mechanics that will have to be custom made. Any ideas on how you will do this?

I just slammed you with hundreds of questions, but the more I think about all of these vehicles that have never been driven before, the more curious I am as to how you are going to pull it off. I know someone said "if it's halo it's in", but I like specifics! Maybe in the next update we could have a brief summary of what each picture is and what each vehicle/weapon does. Even though this game isn't even going to be near a release date by the time halo 4 comes out, I am still more excited for this game and would like to know more about what you guys have accomplished. Besides, it's all just multiplayer. It's not like you are spoiling anything for us, we know everything halo is going to be in it.

for two seated air vehicles, the co pilot should have control of most of the weapons

the doors should be opened and closed by the passengers because I can imaging the pilot landing in the heat of battle, forgetting to open the back/ side hatches and getting every one killed
