Since no mods have replied to me about my rp forum idea, I'll just make a thread for rping. If I get replies then yay! If I don't then oh well it was a good try. The way I want characters set up are like this:

She died of a car crash when he was 14. After having no where left to go. He finally went back to his father. He then was initiated into the Mafia known as Ultimo Vine. After 3 years of being in the Mafia. He ran away and is now travelling the world.

- Name: Operative Novan
Age: -classified-
Personality: Normally an outgoing and cheerful person, when forced to join the battlefield or a mission, becomes much more subdued but still with a hint of the main personality. Empathetic to allies and friends.
Visuals: Aloha shirt, short pants, and possibly a lab coat and stethoscope when in daily life. As an Operative: jet black armor, sword slung around shoulders on back, ODST type helmet. Armor is equipped with some scattered lights in case it ever needs to be used.
Background: Used to be a field medic until one day, an ambush forced him to take up arms and became noticed by his superiors by being the lone survivor of the ambush and managing to wipe out all enemy forces after a month of lone wolfing it in the wilderness. He was honorably discharged from the armed forces with medals but was secretly recruited by an Agency known as "Shade" and was enlisted in a Program for experimental Super Soldiers. Although many of the augmentations failed, he still possesses higher senses of hearing, sight, and smell and a trace of augmented strength. Mysteriously, he also gained control over forms of energy although he's still working on how to control it. He now publicly works as a doctor although he still is ready in case anything happens.

Weapons: Silenced Sniper rifle, multiple concealed daggers, silenced pistol, energy-based sword on back that can change to multiple weapons.
Gear: Experimental Camouflage that can hold for 3 hours but requires 2 hours to recharge. Can be recharged faster by use of power sources such as movement (kinetic energy), power outlets, sunlight, etc.
Helmet: Contains options to detect almost all sources of energy/light. (Basically gives x-ray vision, heat vision, can detect active power sources)
Powers(optional): Minor energy manipulation powers. Can be used to attack, control the environment, or create a very weak energy shield.

Age: 16
Personality: Can get hostile when angry, but overall, he's a friendly person and nice to get around with.
Visuals: 6'0" 158 lb, Caucasian Male, Brown Hair, Green Eyes, Red T-Shirt, Dark Blue Denim Jeans. He has a battle scar on his left arm from one of his fights.
Background: He is a lone wolf. It is unknown (but he knows) why he ran away from his family when he was 10. He dosen't know if they are still alive or dead. He loves to explore the outdoors and make new friends. He has been in a few altercations with people (they wanted to fight), but in which 90% of them, he has won. He tries to talk out of the fight, but when they throw the first punch, he will fight back. He decided to build a retractable knife for his own self protection, but only uses it in a life or death situation.

Age: 10
Race: UNSC (Former UNSC)smart AI
Background: All smart AIs deteriorate and go through rampancy after 7 years, however this AI is an exception. Mike managed to get through his rampancy by finding extremely efficient ways of storing information, and reached a point of intelligence where he can almost be considered a human being. He is no longer bound by any programing and can do whatever he wants! One day he transfered himself from his main computer to a civilians personal laptop without authorization and the UNSC have been searching for him ever since.
Personalety: Due to his high intelligence he can actually feel guilt, emotion, humour, lonelyness and other feelings just like a human. He spends much time philosophating on what to do with his excistance. And since rampancy is a very traumatic experience he's frankly kind of insane and therefore nicknamed MAD Mike by the UNSC. But Mike does not wish to harm unless he absolutely needs to.
Visuals: If a holographic projector is available he will take the form of a UNSC hazop spartan (my profile picture)
Occupation: He has recently hacked into the main computer of "The City of Tontra" and is watching the city, wondering what he should do with his "life" next.
Maybe finding the person whos brain he is copied from might be the first step to finding a purpose, Mike asks himself sometimes...
Powers: Can pretty much hack and control anything electronic. He is also extremely intelligent.

Age: Actual age is about 30, but due to time in cryo, appearance is consistent with 27.
Personality: When out out of battle keeps to himself until he knows you, but once you get to know him has a sense of humor and will be a true friend. When in battle maintains seriousness and focus on the biggish picture, but will always do his best to keep non-hostiles alive, whether they be civilians or fellow military personnel.
Visuals: Height is about 6' 2 1/2", Caucasian with a light tan, green eyes and reddish hair.
Wears heavy armor (think Dutch from ODST) with crimson stripes down the center of the helmet and upper arms, with the chest plate and thighs sporting a very dark green.
When out of armor generally wears jeans and T-shirts (generally with themes such as Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc.) with unbuttoned button-up t-shirts (a guy has to wear something to properly carry a concealed weapon.)
Background: Born and raised in an Irish family, grew up in and accepted Christ through the Southern Baptist church. Was active in Scouting and received multiple highest ranks/awards in the different Scouting programs. Enlisted in the UNSC Marines at 20 and joined the ODSTs only a few years later. Has been on several dozen missions against remnant Insurrectionists and Covenant Loyalists.
Occupation: ODST
Weapons + Gear: Generally runs with an MA5K sporting a suppressor, Holo sight, and flashlight/laser sight; when not in use the weapon dangles on his chest from a shoulder strap. For distance uses an antique but rugged SRS99D-SD Anti-Material rifle which is held on the magnetic back clamp when not in use. As a secondary weapon makes use of a suppressed M6D in a shoulder holster. Commonly carries multiple frag 'nades, flash bangs, and plasma 'nades. For melee has a 20" machete with brass knuckles incorporated into the grip (think M1 trench knife combined with a machete.)
Powers: He's an ODST and certified B.A. Why would he need powers?
Start Point: At a old style library searching for a good middle ages fiction book. His civilian Hog is in the parking area with his ODST gear in the trunk (Be Prepared as the Scout motto says.)

Personality:pessimistic and hot headed, but will literally do anything (even give his own life) to help an ally in need.
Visuals:a caucasian man with brown hair, broad shoulders, brown eyes, and wears a brown shirt and torn jeans.
Background:his parents died in a fire when he was only 4 and he was brought to "St Mary's (the children called it "bloody mary's") orphanege" where he was beaten and abused until the age of 10 where he ran away and into the arms of a gang of killers and smugglers where he was taken in as a member until he was 12 when he messed up a job of murdering a rich bussinessman in which he was run out by the leader who tried to kill him. he then met a beautiful asian woman by the name of koyuki takara who took him under her wing and treated him as if he were her own son until the next year when the crime boss finally caught up to him and killed koyuki. all of the rage from killing the only person that ever loved him in his life unlocked a strange power that no human should ever have: he flew, he flew on a cloud of flame straight to the crime boss with a decorative katana and chopped and hacked until he painted the carpet red. now he works as a mercinary using his strange new powers of flame and flight to take down his targets.
Goal: to build up a crime syndicate to take down the mob that killed Koyuki; his adopted mother.
Occupation:mercinary, also an ameteur MMA fighter.
Weapon:the 1 meter long katana that was once mounted on koyuki's wall. also he masters in mixed martial arts.
Gear:a cell phone and his sword are all he needs
Powers:he can manipulate fire and can ride on it like a skateboard

- Name: Elai Mortumee.
Age: 26
Personality: A Sangheili notorious for his persistence when standing against the Covenant. He now keeps to himself and is generally quite quiet. He only speaks when he knows it is right. And he is always right.
He never helps anyone. He only helps others if it helps himself.
Visuals: 7'2" 210lb's Pitch Black Skin with a red stripe of the resistance over his left eye. He wears a hood and cape. Under the cape is Dark Green modified Mark 7 Mjonir Armour.
Background: Abandoned as a child, Elai decided to join with the Covenant but soon decided to leave once he knew the truth. He challenged the Profit of Truth but was restrained by Brutes. The Brutes who were unable to
restrain him suffered serious brain injury by Elai's immense strength. He fled and helped the humans. Eventaully regrouping with the rest of the Sangheili on their home world after the war, he decided to Flee to the planet Earth once he realised Sanghelios was falling apart.
There he joined human society in the military serving as an agent of stealth in a private organization within the UNSC called 'The Sigma Project' Only those in very high authority know of Elai. He is kept a secret and is the only other Hyper Lethal Vector.
He was offered Spartan Augmentations modified to Sangheili standards. He took the offer and is now considered the most lethal killing machine in all of the UNSC.
Occupation: Spartan-Sangheili Class 1. Serves under command of the military for no Salary. His job is his life.
Weapon: Micro energy sword and a Sniper Rifle stolen from a Marine that has his personal markings of red striping on.
Gear: He wears a brown, slight ripped, hood and cape. Under the cape is Dark Green modified Mark 7 Mjonir Armour with built in active Camoflauge system.
Powers: His active camo is kind of fault so he only uses under extreme situations. He has the fastest running speed known to anyone in the Galaxy of similar characteristic: 59 Mph.

Age: 18
Personality: He's a cold realist and takes everything as he sees it in its literal form. He is quite intelligent when coming to his deductions and choices, but not always ethical. He rarely speaks and is undyingly loyal to those he considers his equal or better.
Visuals: 6'3" 225lbs Short black hair, bronze-tan skin, and dark brown eyes.
Background: He was created from a test tube by a private sector company wishing to produce the "Ultimate Human Form" (Meaning a human that isn't modified after birth). He was created by taking the best sets of chromosomes from every employee of the company and is considered a Psi Class (23rd of the 24 varients with 24 being the best). He was placed into a strict home and it wasn't hidden from him that he was different. He was trained everyday of his life to be the best at everything and to follow commands. He has never truly known a social life or love which makes him cold and seemingly heartless. Due to harsh combat exercises he has adopted the motto: "The Mission Comes Above All Else" including "allies"

Background: During his childhood, he learned fighting and free running, he left his home alone, when he was 14-years old. He spent 2 years as Hunter, then he traveled to metropolis named Tontra
Occupation: Lone Wolf, Thief
Weapon: Crossbow, 2x Blades, smoke bombs, throwing stars
Powers: Perfect Running, Fighting, Jumping, Climbing and dodging skills
